Role Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk, you are much more than a record-keeper; you are a vital guardian of accuracy and a key contributor to a high-priority business program. This role is perfect for a focused professional who thrives in a remote, autonomous environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality, precise work. You will manage high-volume, sensitive transaction data with a level of excellence that directly impacts financial health and supplier relationships.

Key Duties:

  • Data Integrity & Validation: Expertly review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring every digital envelope is handled with precision.

  • Systems Mastery: Accurately migrate and manage sensitive supplier and banking information within an enterprise ERP system, maintaining a gold standard for data quality.

  • Process Excellence: Follow detailed written procedures with absolute consistency, becoming a subject matter expert in unique onboarding workflows.

  • High-Volume Leadership: Manage repetitive, high-impact transaction work with an inspiring focus on efficiency and a "zero-error" mindset.

  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Serve as a trusted handler of sensitive business and financial data, maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professional ethics.

  • Independent Ownership: Enjoy the freedom to work independently, managing your daily tasks with minimal oversight while consistently meeting project milestones.

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of robust, high-volume data entry experience in a professional setting.

  • Technical Speed: Demonstrated ability to achieve a minimum of 15,000 KSPH (Keystrokes Per Hour).

  • Attention to Detail: An extraordinary eye for accuracy and a passion for consistency.

  • Self-Management: A reliable self-starter who can follow complex written guidance with total independence.

  • Ethical Standards: High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential financial information.

Desired Qualifications

  • Educational Background: An Associate degree is strongly preferred, reflecting the professional rigor required for this role.

  • Technical Familiarity: Prior experience with Workday, DocuSign, or similar enterprise platforms is a significant plus.

  • Strategic Mindset: Comfort managing high-volume workloads with a positive and proactive attitude.

Location and Work Type

  • Location: Fully Remote

  • Work Type: 3-Month Contract

  • Schedule: * Monday – Friday

    • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Time Zone: Must be available to support Central Time (CT) hours.
