Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a General Office Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. Duties may include answering phones, filing documents, data entry, check writing and other office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entering purchased vehicle data
- Acquiring titles from trade and purchase vehicles
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Obtaining dealer titles on inventoried vehicles
- Entering county courthouse statements
- Handle all wholesale units
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
