Job Title: Data Entry Clerk / Data Entry Operator
Core Responsibilities:
Entering and continuously updating property details, such as availability, pricing, and descriptions, across various listing platforms and internal databases.
Maintaining accurate records of tenants in software systems to support sales and marketing teams.
Inputting data related to lease contracts, lease agreements, and payment records into property management software, excel sheets.
Converting physical real estate documents, such as building permits, appraisals, and property record cards, into digital formats.
Generating daily or monthly reports on data status, property valuation, or sales history to assist management in decision-making.
Accurately input and update data into company systems or databases.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness by cross-checking against source documents.
Perform regular quality checks to resolve discrepancies and identify errors.
Maintain organized digital files and perform regular backups to prevent data loss.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a similar clerical or administrative role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 50+ WPM).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word & Power Point) or Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
