Data Entry Executive/ / Floor Operator

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Floor & Data Entry Operator who can handle both floor operations and data management. This role requires managing employees on the sales floor, assisting customers, coordinating stock movement, preparing slips, and ensuring accurate data entry for billing and records.

Key Responsibilities:

Floor Operations

  • Manage and coordinate employees on the floor.
  • Assist customers with greetings, inquiries, and product selection.
  • Prepare purchase slips mentioning customer’s selected quantity.
  • Helping salesman and stock boys for boras (bags) and send selected products to the billing counter.
  • Ensure proper stock movement and organization on floors.
  • Monitor and report floor activities to management.

Data Entry & Records

  • Enter customer purchase details and stock records into Google Forms/Sheets.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of purchase slips, stock, and billing data.
  • Cross-check data with billing team for accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in floor coordination / sales support / data entry (wholesale trade preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of data entry in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Good communication skills for handling employees and customers.
  • Organized, energetic, and able to multitask.
  • Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
