Metropolitan Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Keyer to join our administrative team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our property management database by accurately entering and updating financial and tenant information. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can manage high volumes of sensitive data while working in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter tenant applications, lease renewals, and maintenance requests into our centralized management software.

Process and key in vendor invoices and utility billing data to ensure timely property accounting.

Verify data integrity by comparing source documents against system entries to resolve discrepancies.

Maintain digital filing systems and ensure all sensitive property records are organized within our remote workspace.

Collaborate with the accounting and property management teams via digital communication tools to streamline data workflows.


Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Keyer, or in a similar administrative role.

Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 60 WPM) with a strong emphasis on 10-key numeric entry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property management software (such as Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium) is a plus.

Ability to maintain focus and productivity while working in a remote setting.

High school diploma or equivalent; further relevant certification is a bonus.
