Location: Mumbai – Marine Lines
Working Days & Time:

• Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• One Saturday off per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support to Pan India Sales Heads.
• Monitor and track CROs across India on a daily basis.
• Ensure daily visit tracking and verify entries in the software.
• Maintain and monitor attendance records.
• Coordinate and support training sessions for CROs.
• Ensure CROs are:
• Following proper dress code and grooming standards
• Maintaining professionalism during jeweller visits
• Motivate CROs to ensure quality visits and consistent performance.
• Ensure CROs are meeting jewellers daily as per company guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, Excel sheets, and presentations for management.
• Ensure training programs are conducted properly and feedback is shared.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
