Job Description – Lot Assistant

Role Summary:
The Lot Assistant is responsible for handling fabric stock activities related to production lots. This role involves receiving fabrics, maintaining stock records, issuing materials to production, and updating data in the system and manual registers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive fabric from suppliers and verify quantity and quality.
• Maintain proper fabric stock records (lot-wise).
• Issue fabric to production as per DC (Delivery Challan).
• Prepare and update DC for fabric movement.
• Track fabric stock consumption and balance quantity.
• Coordinate with production and store teams regarding fabric requirements.
• Maintain records both in the system and manual formats.
• Ensure proper storage and identification of fabric lots.
• Report shortages, damages, or mismatches to the concerned department.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of fabric and lot handling.
• Ability to maintain stock records accurately.
• Basic computer knowledge for system entry.
• Attention to detail and coordination skills.

Job Description – Store Assistant

Role Summary:
The Store Assistant is responsible for maintaining all store-related materials required for production and packing. This includes proper stock maintenance, issue, receipt, and record keeping using both system and manual methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock of store materials such as:
• Size stickers
• Poly bags
• Inner cards
• Labels
• Boxes and other packing materials
• Receive store materials and verify quantity and condition.
• Issue materials to departments as per requirement.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the system and manual registers.
• Conduct regular stock checks and physical verification.
• Ensure proper storage and easy identification of materials.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management for replenishment.
• Coordinate with purchase and production teams.
• Keep the store area clean and organized.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of store and inventory management.
• Ability to handle both system and manual documentation.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
