Job Description:
Gold Prime FZCO is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data management functions. Accuracy, speed, and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and Excel sheets.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and data analysis using advanced Excel functions.
• Use formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.
• Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (mandatory).
• Ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
• Good typing speed and high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in warehouse or inventory data management is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
