If you have finished your studies, you know how to use Excel, and you want your first real corporate role — this is a straightforward place to start.

ABS International runs US-facing sales and recruitment operations from Karachi. Has done since 2012. Our back office team keeps the data clean, the records accurate, and the pipeline moving. None of that happens without people who are careful, fast, and consistent. That is the role.

No previous work experience required. You will be trained on our systems from day one.

What the work involves

You monitor live operations through our camera management systems and flag anything that needs attention. You enter and verify data into our CRM — candidate records, sales data, operational logs. You run basic Excel reports for the operations and sales teams. When a record is off, you catch it before it becomes a problem downstream. Accuracy matters more here than speed, though both are expected to improve over time.

The work is repetitive by nature. That is not a flaw — it is the point. People who are good at this kind of work find it satisfying. People who need constant variation do not last. Be honest with yourself about which one you are before you apply.

What you need

Basic MS Excel — sorting, filtering, simple formulas. Enough English to read and write clearly in a work context. Comfort sitting in front of a screen for extended periods. A typing speed you are not embarrassed by — 40 WPM is the minimum, and you will be tested during the interview. Night shift availability, Monday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar.

Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor's — any of these is fine. What matters is that you show up consistently and do the work carefully.

What you earn

PKR 28,000–35,000 per month, based on your typing test result and interview. Paid on time — ABS has not missed a salary date since 2012. Night shift differential included. The back office team works alongside the sales and HR teams — you will see how a US operation runs from the inside, which is worth something if you plan to grow here.
