Job Overview

ScaleUp Connect is hiring on behalf of a client for a detail-oriented Excel Expert to support the Accounts Department. The ideal candidate should have strong Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to manage, organize, and process financial data efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh diploma holders who want to start their career in a professional accounting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Use advanced Microsoft Excel functions to organize, analyze, and process financial data.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets related to accounts and financial records.
• Prepare accurate reports, summaries, and datasets as required by the accounts team.
• Assist the Accounts Department with daily operational and data management tasks.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
• Good data handling and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of accounts or financial data is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
