Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data with high accuracy and speed
  • Ensure data consistency, correctness, and completeness across databases
  • Perform data verification, cleaning, and reconciliation activities
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information securely
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
  • Maintain proper documentation and data records
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • Typing speed: Minimum 60 WPM with high accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including:
  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • HLOOKUP
  • Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
  • Advanced formulas (IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, INDEX-MATCH)
  • Data Validation & Conditional Formatting
  • Excel dashboards and reports
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and basic computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,760.80 - ₹20,000.00 per month
