Data Entry Operator / Invoicing Clerk (Female Only)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator / Invoicing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, invoicing, and maintaining financial records using Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in company systems with high accuracy
  • Prepare, issue, and process invoices in a timely manner
  • Verify data for errors and correct discrepancies
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
  • Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding invoices and payments
  • Handle basic administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Invoicing Clerk, or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and accounting procedures
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Hiring Criteria:

  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and email drafting
  • Must be on a "Spouse Visa / Dependent Visa"
  • Must be living in "Abu Dhabi City only"
  • Ready to join immediately
