Data Entry Operator (SAP PP Module)

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator (SAP S/4HANA – PP Module) will be responsible for supporting the Production Planning department through accurate and timely data entry within the SAP S/4HANA system. The role involves handling production orders, material consumption entries, confirmations, and reporting to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update production-related data in SAP S/4HANA (PP module) accurately and efficiently.
• Create, release, and close production/process orders as per daily schedules.
• Record material consumption, confirmations, and yield reports in the system.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and stores teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and track production progress through SAP reports and dashboards.
• Support in generating daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrections with relevant departments.
• Maintain documentation for audits and ensure compliance with company data standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Engineering, or related field).
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in data entry or production support roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP Module (Production Orders, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Consumptions, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Job will be 12 hours shift (8+4)
