Job Title: Data Entry Operator (with Strong Excel Skills)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel to handle daily data updates, reporting, and record maintenance. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain accurate data in Excel and company systems
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required
  • Verify, correct, and clean data for consistency
  • Assist in documentation and filing of records

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Basic accounting or ERP knowledge is an added advantage
  • Graduate or undergraduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
