Data Entry Specialist--- Entry level JOB-- Night SHIFT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and manage large datasets (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data validation).
• Verify and correct data before entry to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports using Excel and other software tools.
• Assist in preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
• Retrieve and compile data as requested by management or other departments.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all data.
• Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, and data cleaning).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience with database systems (e.g., Access, SQL, CRM tools).
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting using Excel.
• Basic knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
