Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflows, timely data processing, and strong administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Document Management

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company systems with accuracy and speed
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness
  • Organize digital files for easy retrieval
  • Handle document preparation and version tracking
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when possible
  • Communicate with relevant departments to obtain missing or unclear information

Administrative Support

  • Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp queries
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar updates, and meeting coordination
  • Respond to emails and general inquiries
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and spreadsheets
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness
  • Organize digital and physical files for easy retrieval
  • Handle document preparation, scanning, uploading, and version tracking

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work honestly and responsibly

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

  • Intermediate / DAE / Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

  • Fresh to 1-year experience (preferred, not mandatory)
