What You’ll Do

• Process Orders: Accurately enter and complete 35–40 orders per day.
• Verify Details: Ensure all required documents, fees, and client information are complete.
• Customize Forms: Prepare client-specific forms and requests tailored to each firm and case.
• E-File Legal Documents: Submit documents electronically to the appropriate courts with accuracy and speed.
• Professional Communication: Interact clearly and professionally with clients, attorneys, and opposing parties via email.
• Maintain Accuracy: Review requests and final packages to ensure everything is polished and complete.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2+ years in data entry, order processing, or legal administrative work.
• Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal documents, court procedures, or law firm processes preferred.
• Tech Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with order processing or case management software.
• Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are second nature.
• Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
• Location: Must live within 30 minutes of Austin, TX 78735.
