Data Extractor / Data Entry Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Data Extractor to support our data collection and lead generation process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, validating, and managing structured data from various online sources to support business development, sales, and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract structured data from websites using web scraping tools and browser extensions (e.g., Instant Data Scraper).
• Conduct B2B lead generation using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Skrapp.io.
• Perform web research to identify relevant data sources and gather accurate business information.
• Clean, format, and organize datasets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Validate and verify data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain and update records in internal databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
• Identify duplicate or irrelevant data and ensure high-quality datasets.
• Generate reports and maintain tracking sheets for data extraction activities.
• Continuously explore new tools and techniques to improve data extraction efficiency and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in data extraction, web scraping, or lead generation.
• Strong command of:
• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Data cleaning and data verification techniques
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Apollo.io
• Skrapp.io
• Instant Data Scraper (or similar tools)
• Basic understanding of web scraping methods and browser-based extraction tools.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle large datasets efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
