Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Excel Expert to join our team and support multiple departments with data management, reporting, and process automation. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel expertise and the ability to manage large data sets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, conditional formulas) to analyze and validate data.
  • Perform reconciliation, reporting, and data quality checks.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using Macros/VBA (preferred).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of business data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, billing, reporting, or similar Excel-heavy roles.
  • Must be an advanced Excel user with strong command of formulas, PivotTables, and data tools.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with VBA or report automation.
  • Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools.

What We Offer

  • Salary: Rs. 45,000–65,000 (based on experience)
  • Shift: Morning (10:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.)
