Data Research Analyst

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, scraping, and collecting data from multiple online and offline channels to support the company’s business intelligence, research, and decision-making processes.

This role requires someone who is analytical, tech-savvy, and proactive in identifying reliable data sources and turning raw information into meaningful insights. You will play a key role in gathering market intelligence, maintaining data accuracy, and providing actionable findings that contribute to strategic initiatives.

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Scrape, source, and collect data from websites, APIs, online databases, and third-party sources to support business and market research.
• Identify, evaluate, and validate new data sources and methods for efficient data acquisition.
• Build and maintain automated data scraping tools or scripts (using Python or similar technologies) to streamline data collection processes, if required.
• Clean, standardize, and organize collected data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify market trends, competitor movements, and potential business opportunities.
• Analyze and interpret datasets to generate actionable insights and reports for management.
• Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring timely and accurate entry of newly sourced data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Documentation teams to fulfill their data and research requirements.
• Prepare detailed research summaries, charts, and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data collection tools, scraping techniques, and research trends.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, copyright, and ethical data collection standards.
• Report findings and research outcomes to management on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

• Strong command of Excel, SQL, or Python for data cleaning and analysis.
• Proficiency in data scraping tools and techniques (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, APIs).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
