Data Scientist

Key Requirements

• Minimum 7 + years of professional experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, or applied data science roles.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, model development, and automation.
• Proven experience working as an Individual Contributor , owning end-to-end model development and delivery.
• Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Operations Research (OR) models .
• Proven ability to design, develop, evaluate, and deploy innovative, highly scalable ML models in production environments.
• Strong exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) for insight generation and advanced analytical use cases.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining models in production , including performance monitoring and optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, product, and engineering teams.
• Good to have: Familiarity with agentic architectures and next-generation AI frameworks.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Apply machine learning and advanced analytical techniques to develop scalable solutions for complex business problems.
• Analyze and extract actionable insights from large-scale historical business data to automate and optimize key operational processes.
• Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy innovative, high-performance ML models at scale.
• Collaborate closely with data science and engineering teams to drive real-time and production-grade model implementations.
• Partner with Operations and Product teams to identify problem statements and propose effective ML-driven solutions.
• Establish scalable, efficient, and automated frameworks for large-scale data analysis, model development, validation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Proactively work with engineering teams and product managers to advocate new algorithms and modeling approaches , and lead the implementation of complex ML solutions in production environments.
