Data Systems Manager

The Mandate
Voseda MX LLC is seeking a seasoned Data Systems Manager to lead our technical infrastructure and data management operations in Al Wakrah. This is a senior-level appointment responsible for the architectural integrity, security, and scalability of our enterprise data systems. We require a leader who can ensure that our technical foundations are robust enough to support the rapid growth of our regional operations.

Systems Governance & Oversight

• Architectural Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of scalable database architectures and cloud-integrated data environments.
• Data Security & Recovery: Establish and enforce rigorous data protection protocols, including advanced encryption, access controls, and comprehensive disaster recovery plans.
• Infrastructure Optimization: Continuously evaluate and upgrade server performance and storage solutions to ensure zero-latency data access for all departments.
• Compliance Leadership: Ensure all data systems and processing activities are in full alignment with Qatar’s national data privacy laws and global IT standards.

Required Professional Profile

• 8+ years of experience in Data Systems Management or Senior Database Administration.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-platform environments (SQL Server, Oracle, and AWS/Azure).
• Deep technical knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and system-wide security audits.
• Strong leadership background with the ability to manage technical teams and high-budget IT procurement.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Fixed Monthly Salary: QAR 30,000.
