Now Hiring: Lead Teacher

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic Lead Teacher to join our daycare team! In this role, you’ll lead a classroom of young learners, creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive.

Pay: $17.13/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Create and implement fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans

• Lead daily classroom activities and routines

• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth

• Use positive behavior management strategies

• Track and assess student progress

• Communicate with families about milestones and needs

• Mentor and support assistant teachers

• Maintain records in line with licensing requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in early childhood education or similar setting is preferred but not a requirement

• Experience with toddlers/preschoolers preferred not required

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to complete required trainings

• Must be able to pass a background check
