What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
- A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Passion for implementing curriculum and supporting developmental milestones
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Meets all state licensing and company requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Implement our award-winning curriculum with enthusiasm and consistency
- Create a warm, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic development
- Maintain active supervision and ensure safety at all times
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress
- Keep classrooms clean, organized, and “tour-ready”
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and center events
