What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
  • A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Passion for implementing curriculum and supporting developmental milestones
  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Meets all state licensing and company requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm, engaging, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic development
  • Maintain active supervision and ensure safety at all times
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress
  • Keep classrooms clean, organized, and “tour-ready”

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
