Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Your role will involve planning and implementing engaging activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, and fostering positive relationships with both students and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
  • Maintain effective classroom management to promote positive behavior among students.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns regarding behavior or development.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom materials
  • Stay current on best practices in early childhood education through ongoing professional development opportunities.

Skills:

  • Experience working with young children in a daycare, school, or similar setting
  • Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and handle the demands of a busy classroom environment

Monthly supplemental wage bonus of $240, $360, or $540 depending on experience and education level!
