Job Title:

Dealer Sales Executive – Home Appliances Products (UAE Market)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Dealer Sales Executive to expand our home appliance product sales through dealer and distribution networks across the UAE. The role requires a strong understanding of the UAE market, excellent dealer management skills, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in the UAE.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers/distributors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth through dealer channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
• Provide product training and sales support to dealer partners.
• Plan and execute sales promotions, campaigns, and dealer incentive programs.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in home appliances / consumer electronics within the UAE.
• Strong existing network with dealers and distributors in the UAE market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for sales reporting.
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the Emirates.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
