Service all SME Clients / Segments for all their FX requirements and expand FX flow business to meet assigned revenue and coverage objectivesKey Result AreasHandle all client calls execute FX Deals and input in systems.Service all clients to achieve individual and team targets.Primary responsibility for developing new FX business for the Desk in order to meet assigned objectives.Develop counterparty relationships and ensure competitive prices on FX and other products.Adherence to all Product program and bank limits.Adhere to all dealing room and credit limits so that no unauthorized exposure is taken.Maintain code of dealing ethics and conduct to achieve industry standards.Complete responsibility of raising service requests and resolve all issues on priority.Execution and input of all deals and follow up if required.Improve and excel in customer service experience.Handle all tasks related to deal cancellation end to end for different segments.Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working RelationshipsHigh pressure operating environment.Complex and dynamic operating environment which requires extensive product knowledge.Finance Manager / Director level contact with clients/Vendors and independent management of accounts.Problem SolvingResolve all deal related issues without supervision for all clients and counterparties, liaising with operations and other segments where necessary with minimum response timeDecision Making Authority & ResponsibilityComplete authority to determine pricing for clients in both FX and other products.Authority to pass on better fills to customers on executed trades.Authority to deal with any authorized counterparty and accept / reject quoted prices.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceGraduate Degree with strong number orientation and marketing background.4 5 years experience in an active corporate treasury desk.Comprehensive understanding of derivatives and related products.
