Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, supporting proposals, and deepening client relationships
Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in top-tier management consulting or in-house corporate strategy roles
Demonstrated expertise in growth-focused engagements (beyond cost optimization), including growth strategy, new market entry, turnaround strategy, IPO readiness, and value creation
Proven track record in transactions and M&A, including commercial due diligence, joint ventures, integrations, carve-outs, and spin-offs - with the ability to link transaction work to long-term strategy
Sector experience across industrial manufacturing, automotive, defense, consumer, mobility, and construction, ideally within the Middle East region
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, including localization agendas, sovereign wealth fund investment priorities, and regulatory environments
Experience working with both private sector operators and public sector entities, supporting transformation programs, market-shaping initiatives, and national growth agendas
Proven ability to lead high-impact projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and exceptional client outcomes
Strong client presence and ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives, government leaders, and senior stakeholders
Experience overseeing complex, multi-workstream projects, managing budgets, and driving cross-functional collaboration
Rigorous analytical skills with the ability to apply structured problem-solving, creative thinking, and quantitative analysis to complex issues
Excellent communication and presentation skills - articulate, persuasive, and able to deliver clear, compelling messages to diverse audiences
Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and hands-on, with a roll up your sleeves approach to driving strategy through to implementation
