Debt Collection Officer

We are seeking an experienced Debt Collection Officer with a strong background in dealing with banks and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will bring established professional relationships and proven expertise in recovery and restructuring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with delinquent clients to ensure recovery of outstanding amounts.
• Manage collection of files with banks and companies in line with approved policies.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements that align with company and client interests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to support collection activities.
• Prepare timely reports on collections and ongoing cases.
• Coordinate with the legal department on cases requiring legal action.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in banking collections or debt recovery firms.
• Established professional network with banks and companies.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
