Deep learning Engineer

We are looking for an ML Software Engineer to join us on the ground floor! You will work directly alongside the engineering team.

The ML Engineer at VirtuE will be an integral part of the EDAA team, working on our cutting-edge multimodal and multi model generative deep learning product. The company works on Emotional AI and integrating psychology with AI to translate human emotions into code. This role focuses on developing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models for high scale, while following MLOps and software engineering protocols. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI features that align with the product’s vision and technology strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and experience in high-load (e.g. 1K requests per second) software applications.

You will be working in:

• In the first three months of collaboration, you should be able to manage all EDAA models (Emotional data analysis and automation). You will develop, implement, and optimize ML models (to have fast response on high load) to enhance the product functionalities based on the product roadmap.
• You will train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models (including LLMs).
• Integrate models into existing applications, storage tasks, and basic code development tasks based on DevOps protocols.
• and, maintain ML operations using SageMaker or something similar.

What should you bring?

Must:

• Min 4 years of work experience in developing Python applications with high load
• Hands-on experience with Deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Numpy, Pandas, Sklearn)
• Experience in training/fine-tuning deep learning models like LLMs and RAG is required.
• Knowledge of basic LINUX commands, SQL and NoSQL Database, and Cloud storage (S3 or Dynamo, etc.)

Nice to have

• Experience in model optimization (e.g. MLOps platforms like AWS SageMaker or GCP)
• Basic knowledge of deployment using Dockers.
• Basic Knowledge of REST APIs (and/or fast API), and Git.
