Delivery Coordinator

Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Associate, Delivery Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless local deliveries and warehouse operations for our valued customers. In this role, you'll be the central point of contact, orchestrating the efforts of our local delivery and warehouse teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process from initial placement to successful delivery

• Direct local delivery personnel and warehouse staff to optimize daily operations and schedules

• Maintain continuous communication with customers providing real-time updates on their shipments

• Address and resolve any logistical hurdles or delivery exceptions promptly and efficiently

• Document all delivery activities and customer interactions for accurate record-keeping and analysis

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience relating to the job description

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in logistics or supply chain coordination

• Proficiency with order management software and tracking systems

• Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbally

• Proven track record of successfully resolving operational challenges

• A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
