Role Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to support our delivery operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and able to handle daily coordination with drivers and the operations team. This role focuses on driver management, documentation, data entry, and day-to-day operational support. We are looking for someone with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily operations of delivery drivers

• Monitor drivers’ attendance, schedules, and daily assignments

• Maintain proper records and documentation for drivers and deliveries

• Handle basic data entry and update daily reports

• Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth daily operations

• Assist in organizing delivery-related documents and files

• Ensure drivers follow company procedures and schedules

• Support the team with operational tasks when needed

• Maintain clear communication with management regarding daily operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in coordination, admin, or operations support role

• Basic experience in data entry and documentation

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

• Good English communication skills

• Valid driving license is a plus

• Ability to manage and communicate with a large group of drivers

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Currently based in Kuwait
