Delivery Driver - Motocycle

• استلام طلبات التوصيل من خلال نظام الشركة أو الهاتف.
• تسليم الطلب ضمن الجدول الزمني القياسي (45 دقيقة).
• التنسيق مع الرئيس في حالات التغييرات غير المخطط لها في تمرير الطلب.
• تحصيل مبلغ رسوم الطلب من العميل وإعادته إلى الصيدلية دون تأخير.
• الالتزام بقواعد اللباس الخاصة بالشركة.
• مساعدة العملاء في أي وقت وفقا لتوجيهات منسقي الإرسال.
• التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء بحسن الخلق كلما كان ذلك مناسبا.
• الإبلاغ عن أي شكوى عميل إلى مديره المباشر.
• التعامل مع معاملات العملاء وفقا لسياسة معالجة الدفع.
• تحصيل مبلغ رسوم الطلب من العميل وإعادته إلى الصيدلية دون تأخير.
• الإبلاغ عن أي عائق عمل أو حادث أو تلف في السيارة / الدراجة النارية أو عدم كفاية الإمدادات أو أي حادث استثنائي على الفور لمديره المباشر.
• الحفاظ على سيارة التسليم / دراجة نارية دائما نظيفة ومرتبة وفقا لمعايير النظافة مفهوم.
• التأكد من اكتمال الطلب قبل مغادرة الصيدلية.
• اتباع قواعد وأنظمة المرور.
• اتبع تعليمات وزارة الصحة في عملية التسليم.
• المحافظة على النظافة الشخصية والعناية بزيه الرسمي.
• مساعدة ودعم إرسال وتسليم أعضاء القسم كلما كان ذلك مناسبا.
• الأداء السليم في خطة التدريب والتطوير الخاصة به.
• مكن تكليفه بأي مهام إضافية من قبل مديره المباشر حسب احتياجات العمل.
• استلام طلبات التوصيل من خلال نظام الشركة.

1. Receive the delivery orders through the company system or phone.
2. Deliver the order within the standardized timeline (60 minutes).

3. Coordinate with the superior in the cases of unplanned changes in the order pass.

4. Collect the order charge amount from the customer and return it to the pharmacy without delay.

5. Adhere to the company Dress Code.

6. Help customers whenever as per the dispatching coordinators directions.

7. Handle customer complaints in good manners whenever appropriate.

8. Report any customer complaint to his direct manager.

9. Handle customer transactions according to the payment handling policy.

10. Collect the order charge amount from the customer and return it back to the pharmacy without delay.

11. Report any work obstacle, accident, car/motorbike damage, insufficient supplies, or any exceptional incident immediately to his direct Manager.

12. Maintain delivery car/motorbike always clean & tidy as per concept cleanliness standards.

13. Ensure the order is complete before leaving Pharmacy.

14. Follow traffic rules and regulations.

15. Follow Health Ministry instructions in the delivery process.

16. Maintain personal hygiene & grooming of his uniform.

17. Help & support Dispatch and delivery Department Members whenever appropriate.

18. Perform properly in his training & development plan.

19. Could be assigned any extra tasks by his direct Manager as per work needs.

20. Receive the delivery orders through the company system.
