Delivery Incharge

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Incharge to manage furniture delivery schedules, coordinate logistics, and ensure top-notch product quality. This role involves working closely with the production team, warehouse, and delivery staff to guarantee that our furniture reaches clients safely, on time, and without defects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage furniture deliveries to clients.
• Inspect furniture for quality assurance before dispatch.
• Work with the production and warehouse teams to ensure timely order readiness.
• Handle client updates regarding delivery timelines and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain records of deliveries, damages, and replacements.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and in-house drivers for smooth transportation.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure furniture meets brand standards.
• Assist in optimizing operational processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in furniture operations, logistics, or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of furniture handling, packaging, and delivery processes.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise field staff and coordinate between teams.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
