Truck Dispatcher/Customer Support Executive

• Schedule and dispatch trucks to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
• Monitor driver logs, truck locations, and routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and management to resolve issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver hours, and fleet activities.
• Optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel costs and maximize efficiency.
• Handle emergency situations, route changes, and breakdowns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Truck Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of trucking regulations, DOT requirements, and transportation procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics/transportation certifications are a plus.
