Delivery Program Manager - Security Services

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Program Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within the Security Services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT program/project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of complex technology initiatives on time and within budget.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects related to Security Services.
• Define and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive resolution.
• Act as the primary liaison between business, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and exceptional user experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to senior management.
• Drive and facilitate project governance meetings (working groups, steering committees, etc.).
• Collaborate with and manage external vendors and service providers to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure full adherence to the IT PMO process and delivery methodologies.
• Capture and document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Participate in pre-initiation phases (RFQ, RFI, RFP, POC) as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management within large organizations.
• Proven experience delivering Security Services or Infrastructure-related IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, PMO frameworks, and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a strong advantage.
