Delivery Strategy Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for iteratively optimizing delivery strategies for Keeta in the Middle East region, including areas such as delivery area optimization, supply-demand matching, and customer's expectation management. The goal is to enhance delivery efficiency and user experience, thereby driving order growth.

2、Responsible for operational data analysis of the business, conducting daily monitoring and analysis of core business metrics, proposing optimization solutions for key business processes, and driving the implementation of these solutions.

3、Evaluate existing delivery strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and provide support for frontline operations.

4、Address daily operational matters, such as country-specific requests and information coordination, and facilitate solutions.

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor's degree or above and 3+ years of experience. Experience in dispatch, pricing, or supply-demand strategy operations within relevant industries (including O2O, delivery, or ride-hailing) is preferred.

2、Proficient in data analysis， proficiency in common analytical and statistical methods, with the ability to identify business pain points from data and propose corresponding strategies and solutions.

3、Experience in breaking down complex problems, with project management and cross-team collaboration skills. Able to efficiently execute and drive multiple stakeholders to implement actions and achieve business results.

4、Possess a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, with excellent communication and coordination skills across front-line, back-line teams.

5、Proficiency in English as a working language, with strong cross-cultural adaptability and sensitivity. Capable of working efficiently in a multicultural environment.
