Demand & Solutions Technical Expert.IT Governance & PMO

Job Purpose

Assessing and analysing the business requirements and proposing feasible, effective, simplified and optimized IT solutions with high quality and commitment to cope with the marketing plans and the dynamic moves.

Report To Position Name

 Responsible for assessing and analyzing the business requirements and proposing feasible IT solutions regarding the below areas: • Reporting solutions • Analytics and Data mining solutions • Big Data solutions • GIS solutions • Campaign Management solutions  Maintain excellent relationship with the business users from all Company’s Business Areas (Commercial, Finance, Technical, HR, .. etc)  Providing and guiding the Business with the needed data for the Business Decision  Smooth and proactive response on the ad-hoc requirements from the commercial team.  Build, maintain, and ensure scalability of integration systems sustaining high loads and business continuity.  Prioritizing and planning for the Data Warehouse, Campaign Management and GIS solutions road maps and identify the dependencies. Providing the possible workarounds to simplify the whole product development life cycle.  Continuous improvement and enhancement for all the team activities and processes.  On time reporting for all the projects to ensure achieving the targets which complied with the required KPIs.  Providing the required support for all the IT stakeholders to ensure the products success. Represents Data Warehouse and Campaigns Management team in different commercial forums when needed  Provide technical consultancy as a subject matter expert for the team members and other teams members  Considering the Cost optimization and smart spending factors during the solution design.  Perform Expansion Capacity exercise with the Data Warehouse team to ensure the scalability of the Data Warehouse versus new requirements

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

• University Degree in Computer science or telecommunication. • Excellent business analysis skills. • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Perform under pressure. • Highly commitment. • Good Leadership skills. • Excellent analytical skills. • Development or quality engineering background is preferred. • Quality focused. • Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral). • Excellent reporting skills.

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Self-confidence /Self-educated/ Self-motivated. - Excellent communication skills. - Creative and interpersonal skills.

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

Minimum 9 years of experience including at least five years in telecommunication projects.
