  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your section.
  • Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent food quality and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section.
  • Prepare mise en place for daily operations.
  • Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP or equivalent).
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks.
  • Minimize waste and report any shortages or issues to the Chef de Partie.
  • Support colleagues and assist in other sections when required.
  • Participate in training and development activities as directed.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality (usually 1–2 years).
  • Culinary qualification or relevant training.
  • Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
