Duties

• Assist dentists with a variety of procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics, ensuring efficient chairside support.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and maintaining aseptic techniques to prevent infection.
• Take and develop dental X-rays using advanced medical imaging equipment such as 3D scanners and X-ray machines, ensuring accurate diagnostics.
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure the clinic complies with all health regulations related to anatomy knowledge and aseptic technique.

Requirements

• 1-2 minimum experience working in a dental clinic setting with familiarity in dental assisting procedures and terminology.
• Bilingual (Spanish primarily)
• Proficiency in dental systems such as OpenDental and VixWin
• Knowledge of infection control practices, sterilization procedures, and aseptic techniques essential for safe clinical environments.
• Ability to perform dental X-rays accurately while maintaining patient comfort and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members including dental receptionists, hygienists, and specialists.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
