In this vital role, you will support dentists with chairside assistance, patient management, and clinical procedures, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.

Duties

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized according to infection control protocols.
• Operate dental imaging equipment such as X-ray machines and 3D scanners to capture accurate medical images while adhering to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
• Manage electronic medical records Dentrix to document patient information, treatment plans, and medical documentation accurately.

Requirement

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a busy dental clinic setting with knowledge of general dentistry practices.
• Proficiency with Dentrix is a plus.
• Ability to operate dental imaging equipment including X-ray units and 3D scanners safely and effectively.
• Experience supporting chairside assisting in multiple specialties such as prosthodontics or endodontics; pediatric dentistry experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members including dental receptionists and other clinical staff.

Pay: $20.63 - $29.66 per hour
