About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and professional Dental Assistant to join our team. This role requires someone who can work efficiently, stay organized in a fast-paced clinical setting, and maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times.

The ideal candidate must be able to support the dentist effectively, identify and prioritize procedures throughout the day, and help keep the schedule moving without unnecessary delays. This position also requires flexibility, as mandatory overtime is required on some days.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
• Prepare and organize instruments, supplies, and treatment areas before and during procedures
• Identify and prioritize procedures to support an efficient clinical workflow
• Maintain accurate patient records and protect confidentiality at all times
• Provide clear, respectful communication with patients, staff, and facility personnel
• Educate patients on post-treatment instructions and oral hygiene as directed
• Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and organization of all clinical areas in compliance with health and safety standards
• Support the dentist in general dentistry and prosthodontic procedures as needed
• Help keep patient flow on schedule and ensure the day is run efficiently
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Dental Assistant is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of dental procedures and ability to recognize and prioritize treatment needs
• Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and remain detail-oriented under pressure
• Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct yourself professionally at all times
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and prepared to complete assigned duties
• Must be willing to work mandatory overtime on some days
• Must be able to follow direction, adapt to workflow demands, and contribute to an efficient clinical environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
