Dental Assistant

We are a modern, patient-centered dental practice located in Santa Maria, CA. Our mission is to provide high-quality care in a warm and friendly environment. We are growing and looking for a motivated, compassionate, and reliable dental assistant to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellent care to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays and impressions
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Provide excellent customer service and patient care
• Support front office tasks as needed (a plus but not required)

Requirements:

• RDA license OR minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
• CPR certification (required)
• X-ray certification (required)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
