Dental Assistant

Here at Valley arts dental , we pride ourselves on providing top-tier dental care in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. As a dental assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in helping patients understand their treatment options, and ensuring they received the best care possible. We are looking for an entry-level dental assistant with an enthusiastic and reliable personality to be a part of our dental family. Full time/part time 25-30 hours a week. We will provide on the job paid training.

Responsibility

• Maintain a clean, sterile and positive environment optimizing patient comfort and safety
• Cleaning, disinfecting, setting up, and restocking rooms
• Educating patients on proper hygiene care, properly explaining treatment
• Maintain patient records, lab and office equipment
• Sterilize instruments
• Assistant the dentist with clinical procedures through 4 handed dentistry

Experience and skills we are looking for

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Detail oriented, organized, able to multitask and fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and passionate for patient care
• Dental terminology
• Spanish-speaking (plus but not required)
• Reliable transportation

Monday 8:45-6

Tuesday 8:45-7

Wednesday 8:45-2

Thursday 8:45-7

Friday 6:45-2

Saturday 7:45-2

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
