Call Center Agent

Job Description:

A Call Center Agent is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, handling inquiries regarding services and treatments, assisting with insurance-related questions, managing patient records, and providing follow-up support. The role serves as the primary point of contact for patients and requires strong communication skills to explain procedures, address concerns, and maintain accurate patient information within the clinic’s system.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and document patient complaints, ensuring all relevant details are accurately and comprehensively recorded, including the nature of the complaint, timeline of events, and specific concerns raised by the patient.
  • Maintain open communication with patients throughout the complaint resolution process by providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring patient satisfaction with the outcome.
  • Handle all patient information with strict confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
  • Responsible for booking, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments in coordination with clinic operations.
  • Manage and optimize dentists’ schedules to ensure efficient utilization of time and minimize gaps, cancellations, and delays.
  • Coordinate with Front Desk and clinical teams to align patient bookings with treatment availability and priority cases.
  • Monitor daily schedules and proactively adjust appointments when necessary to accommodate operational requirements.
  • Ensure accurate entry and updating of appointment details in the EMR system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a dental setting (required)
  • Arabic speaker is a must
  • Knowledge of EMR systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle patient concerns professionally and with empathy
