What We’re Looking For

• Dentrix Mastery: You must have a deep, working knowledge of Dentrix software (scheduling, billing, insurance claims, and treatment planning).
• Experience Matters: At least 5 years of dental front office experience is required. We need someone who can hit the ground running.
• The "Face" of the Practice: You are the first person our patients see. A warm, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills are non-negotiable.
• Detail-Oriented: From verifying complex insurance benefits to managing a productive schedule, you take pride in accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the daily patient schedule to maximize efficiency.
• Presenting treatment plans and coordinating financial arrangements.
• Processing insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and aging reports.
• Answering phones with a smile and converting inquiries into appointments.
• Maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and organized front office environment.

Pay: $24.81 - $29.88 per hour
