Dental Office Manager

The Office Manager serves as the operational backbone of the dental practice, ensuring seamless integration between clinical excellence and administrative efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and staff satisfaction. Position Overview:

The Office Manager is responsible for the comprehensive non-clinical operations of the dental practice, including front office functions, staff management, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Oversee front desk activities, including patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processing.
  • Supervise and train office staff, ensuring high performance and compliance with practice policies.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.
  • Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain patient satisfaction.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new patients and retain existing ones.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager in a dental setting is preferred. Supervisory experience in a healthcare or wellness field will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of dental billing, insurance, and coding a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency with dental practice management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations in the dental industry.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Adaptability in a growing and changing environment and openness to feedback a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
