Dental Receptionist

Sandoval Dental Office is seeking a receptionist to join our dental team. Our office is located in Rialto, CA. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly. The ideal candidate has good judgment, is well organized, works well in a team environment, and can perform effectively under pressure. Sandoval dental is a small privately owned comprehensive dental practice that has been around for over 30+ years. Our goal is to provide each guest with a dental experience that exceeds their highest expectations! Our team has a passion for building long-term relationships with our patients and each other. As a Receptionist on our team, you will:

• Greet and welcome existing and new patients to the practice
• Provide excellent patient service and address any inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients in person and over the phone
• Verify dental insurance (PPO & Medi-Cal)
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient records and basic collections
• Provide general administrative support
• Complete various other office tasks as needed

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday.

Monday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Tuesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Wednesday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Fridays (Twice a Month) 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ Year Dental experience (required)
• Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
• A 5-star service approach to patient care
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $22 per hour
