Veterinary Receptionist

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients.

Job Description:
The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and assisting the veterinary team with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage client inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments

-Create and present estimates to clients
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Assist with filing and general clinic upkeep
- Provide excellent customer service with a caring attitude toward pets and their owners

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and veterinary software (a plus)
- Passionate about animals and their care

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
