Dental Receptionist(Female)

Nu Yu Medi Spa is currently hiring a Female Dental Receptionist to join our growing team.
We are looking for an experienced dental receptionist who is skilled in managing patient appointments, coordinating records, and providing exceptional customer service in a clinical environment.

Requirements:

• Must currently reside in Qatar
• Valid Qatar ID
• Previous experience in a dental department is required
• Experience handling insurance companies and processing claims
• Proficient with basic computer software and dental management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage patient appointments, schedules, and follow-ups
• Greet patients, handle inquiries, and provide excellent front-desk service
• Maintain and update patient records accurately
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Handle insurance verification, approvals, and claim submissions
• Uphold confidentiality and clinic standards at all times
